How does Hede Fashion Club work?
- Every time you shop you earn 5% of the total amount of your purchase as credit.
- You will be able to spend your credits within the Centre to shop more.
- Receive up to 25% off your future purchases using your credits.
How do I check the balance of my credits?
Checking your credits balance is easy – you can view this on your phone if you have the Hede Fashion Club App. Registered card holders will receive regular emails updating them. Alternatively, you can log onto our website and check your balance there.
What if I don’t have a mobile phone or one that can’t support the app – can I still participate?
Physical cards are available and will allow you to be part of the Hede Fashion Club. These are available in participating stores as well as in the Information Centre.
Do I need a specific phone for the app to work?
You can download the app on most smartphones. For Android devices, you will need version 4.0 or newer. To use the app on an iPhone, you need to have iOS 7 (or any newer update) downloaded.
What would happen to my points if I moved between card and app?
If you already have a card and are switching to an app, all your credits will be automatically transferred from your card during the registration process. Please use the same email address you have used to register to obtain your card.
Can anyone join the scheme?
The loyalty app is available to everyone aged 18 and over. Retail staff and Hede Fashion Outlets employees are also eligible to use the scheme. Please see the Informationcenter for more information.
